Gary Jennison, Jr. is the President of the Corcoran Jennison Companies Management entities, overseeing a portfolio of over 14,000 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial property.

Prior to his role as President, Mr. Jennison served as a development and operations director of multi-family, hotel and commercial properties including the Hampton Inn, Crosstown Center in Boston, The Peninsula Apartments in Boston, and the HOPE VI conversion of a public housing development into mixed-income housing in a public/private partnership with the Pittsburg Housing Authority.

Before joining the Corcoran Jennison Companies, Mr. Jennison served in the Boston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he became a Certified Public Accountant. While at PwC, he served clients in the real estate, mutual fund, pension fund, health care and high tech sectors including State Street Bank, Raytheon and Partners Healthcare.

Mr. Jennison is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Home Builders and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Jennison is on the Board of Directors of the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association. He is a graduate of the Carroll School of Business at Boston College where he double majored in accounting and finance.
