General purpose of the Assistant Property Manager is to assist in directing and coordinating the activities of on-site management. Assists in effectively implementing procedures, cost controls and policies. Monitors monthly financial reporting to client/owners. Keeps exemplary resident and client/owner relations within CJ, as well as other duties as assigned. Will be required to abide by all Corcoran Jennison Handbook Policies and Procedures, as revised from time to time.

The overall goal of this position is to assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the property. Responsibilities include emergency repairs, resident service requests, landscape, cleaning, turnovers and common areas. Communication and Coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor are key elements in this position as the two works closely to maintain the overall standards for the physical structure and appearance of the property. Must be willing to work overtime and perform snow removal, as well as other duties as assigned. Will be required to abide by all Corcoran Jennison Weymouth Policies and Procedures, as revised from time to time.
